TWO POWERFUL MODALITIES. ONE INTEGRATED JOURNEY.
Psychodrama
Psychodrama is an experiential therapeutic method that allows us to explore our inner world through action rather than words alone.
Through guided experiences, participants may explore relationships, roles, emotional patterns, unresolved experiences, internal conflicts, and new possibilities in a supportive group environment.
Instead of only talking about something, psychodrama can allow us to encounter it differently — and sometimes see what was previously impossible to see.
Transformational Breath®
Transformational Breath is a conscious, connected breathing process that works through the body to support emotional release, greater awareness, energetic movement, and deeper connection with Self.
The breath can bypass many of the defenses of the analytical mind and open a doorway into what has been held beneath conscious awareness.
And sometimes the body reveals what the mind has been unable to articulate.
When We Bring Them Together...
Something beautiful and magical becomes possible.
The combination of these two powerful modalities helps us see and feel the story so we can move what the story left behind.
They both give expression to the inner landscape and create space for the body, heart, and spirit to participate in the transformation.
Together, they invite greater wholeness, leaving us with a deeper sense of authentic Joy.
